​The front desk were polite upon arrival. They also checked to see whether another patient who was using a walking frame needed any assistance as she exited the front door. This made me smile.

When I went up to room two for my filling the dentist and assistant were informative, empathic (I was quite worried about the treatment itself) yet they both remained patient with me. Every step was explained and I was reassured throughout. The assistant was very lovely.

Once the filling was finished I was shakey from nerves and anaesthetic yet again I was not rushed.

I went downstairs to the reception and the lady with blonde hair told me how much I needed to pay. This lady was both professional and kind, she told me my options as an NHS patient as I was unsure. I didn't feel judged, mearly informed and cared about.​

Overall as a nervous patient I thank the very much for the service provided.
