A little bit about us in Walthamstow…
With over 25 years of experience, our five surgery practice offers a wide range of dental treatments under NHS, private and our popular DDS care plan.
Whether you need an emergency appointment, General Dentistry, Hygiene Visit, Dental Implants, Oral Surgery or want to walk away with a brighter smile in two hours after an in surgery whitening treatment, we have your needs covered.
Our practice is fully computerised and we can provide digital X-rays that are ready in an instant. We have surgeries available at ground floor level for wheelchair access and a hearing loop at reception.
Our considerate and caring team speak English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Urdu, Punjabi, Portuguese, Italian
and Spanish.
We are just 5 minutes from Walthamstow Central Tube and Overground stations, St James' Overground and on several Bus routes. There are a few car parks close by also.
We are also situated on Walthamstow market so you can treat yourself and do some shopping while you are here!
We also have a hearing loop available at request.

Dr. Tiago Vitor

Dr Tiago Moreira gained his qualification in dentistry from UFRJ, Rio de Janeiro in 2004. He then gained professional experience working in oral and maxillofacial dentistry which subsequently led him to take a further interest in the field of dental implants.
Tiago’s postgraduate education has focused on oral and maxillofacial surgery and implant dentistry, learning from some of the best experts in the world. He has completed education in Brazil and Portugal as in order to further his knowledge and clinical skills. Gained PGCert in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Implantology and TMJ Surgery and also a MsC in Dentistry.
The combined experience above allows Tiago to be able to perform complex surgical procedures with ease and offer advanced treatment options to his patients.
When not working, Tiago likes to travel and spend his time with his lovely children and wife.

Since I qualified in 2007, I have spent a year in hospital service and also worked in a mixed NHS and private practice in Luton/Harpenden. I have updated my clinical skill by attending courses, and can provide Invisalign. My most recent qualification is a MSc in Oral Surgery.
Although the thought of having oral surgery can be a little worrying, I endeavor to put my patients at ease and ensure their experience is as stress-free as possible. I also clearly explain surgical procedures and do so in a way that will not overly concern my patients.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends on my days off. I am a keen cyclist, swimmer and enjoy outdoor activities including hiking. Recently I completed a 60Km cycle for the British Heart Foundation.
Dr. Konstantina

Dr Konstantina Anastasopoulou acquired her degree in dentistry at Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece and after that has worked as a general dentist in the UK within NHS and private practice.
Konstantina is an experienced General Dentist with a demonstrated history of providing examination, diagnosis and treatment plans tailored to each patient.
She is interested in gum disease (periodontitis) and botox/fillers.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and cooking.

Dental Hygienist & Dental Therapist
Kerry Wellington has practiced as a Dental Hygiene Therapist for over a decade.
Kerry qualified at Kings College Hospital in 2010, she has a wealth of experience in the Dental and Facial Aesthetic fields, offering aesthetic dentistry such as composite bonding, lip augmentation and Botox treatments.
She is confident in the varied treatments she provides and a strong believer in educating her patients for successful outcomes. Kerry has a gentle but thorough approach we can assure you that you'll be in good hands

I qualified as a Dental Hygienist in Lithuania in 2003 and I moved to London in 2004. In 2006, I joined The Dental Design Studio and I really enjoy being part of the team in Walthamstow.
I enjoy my work, I am ambitious and always keen to learn.
My main work is to prevent and treat gum disease, which includes scaling and polishing of teeth. I also educate patients about good oral health by showing the correct home care and my treatments help to keep teeth and gums healthy. I also give advice about diet and prevention of tooth decay.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my 4-year-old daughter and my husband.

I qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2003 in Lithuania and have been working in England since 2006. In 2010, I joined The Dental Design Studio Walthamstow team. I have a wealth of experience and I am highly respected for my gentle approach and my methods for motivating our patients.
My role is very important for preventing, maintaining and promoting good oral health. When I am not working, I am very busy looking after my 2 young children.

My name is Dr Zohaib Asghar Hashmi. I have gained my DMD qualification at University of Plovdiv. Since graduating, I have been working as independent, private and NHS dentist now. I am very glad to be part of Dental Design Studio team as all the staff members are very friendly and supportive. During my training, naming few, I have gained experience in oral surgery, periodontology and restorative dentistry. I can speak English, Urdu, Punjabi and Bulgarian, which helps me to communicate with my patients effectively.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends on my days off. Also, I love playing football and cricket every week. My aim is to excel in my profession to make a difference in my community to bring a better and beautiful smile.
Shaniqua
Dental Nurse
Hi my name is Shaniqua. I am currently working at The Dental Design Studio as a trainee dental nurse. I have been with the practice for 11 months and in that time I have learned how to assist in dental procedures which has helped me to build my confidence in dentistry. I aspire to qualify in June 2020.
What I enjoy most about dentistry is the cosmetic route as that's where I aspire to be in the future, I have assisted in the administration of crowns, bridges, teeth whitening, Invisalign and much more treatments.
In my spare time I like to sing, dance and play the piano, this comes from my creative background as I am also a professional dancer outside of dentistry. I have done commercials and worked for brands such as PUMA, PAYM BANKING PHONE APP and SKY 1 GOT TO DANCE and many more.
I am here at The Dental Design Studio to grow and to continue to change patient’s perspective on dentistry through the assistance I deliver, whether it’s helping a nervous patient or assisting in the transformation of smiles that is what fulfils me as a dental nurse professional.

Trainee Dental Nurse
I joined The Dental Design Studio team in Walthamstow in September 2021. As a trainee nurse I am learning how to assist the dentists, support the patients and get familiar with the different procedures. I endeavour to qualify in January 2023.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I love travelling and also enjoy gardening.
I am bilingual and can speak English, Bengali, Urdu and Hindi which helps to communicate with patients effectively. The Dental Design Studio team are very amiable and had made me feel very welcoming and comfortable. I aim to enhance my skills and transform people's lives through good practice.
