Hello, I'm Jane,

With over 30 years of experience in the dental industry, I’ve had the privilege of seeing this profession from every possible angle. My journey began as a dental nurse, and through a passion for patient care and practice excellence, I progressed through roles as a Practice Manager, Dental Nurse Trainer, Regional Manager, and Compliance Officer.

​I first joined the Dental Design Studio family back in 2013, spending an incredible decade helping our teams thrive. After a brief period away to further sharpen my strategic skills, I am thrilled to have returned "home" in January 2026 as  Operations Manager for the North.

​I have a  deep understanding of both NHS and private sectors, ensuring we provide the best care across all patient journeysand I am passionate about mentoring practice teams and building strong, capable leaders who share our vision.

​For me, there is nothing more rewarding than the challenge of taking a practice and helping it evolve into a thriving, successful environment for both our staff and our patients.

​When I’m not focused on operations, I’m usually out enjoying the fresh air. I am a dedicated supporter of the Alzheimer’s Society and spend much of my spare time involved in charity work for their cause. I also stay very active keeping up with my two crazy dogs on long walks,they certainly keep me on my toes!
