I am an experienced dental operations and practice management professional with over 10 years’ experience working across multi-site dental organisations in both NHS and private settings. My background spans senior operational leadership roles, including Operations Manager and Area Manager, where I supported and developed high-performing teams across 20+ practices, driving clinical compliance and operational efficiency. Having progressed through roles including Dental Practice Manager, Dental Nurse, and qualified Dental Hygienist, I bring a well-rounded understanding of both clinical and non-clinical functions within a dental practice. This enables me to work collaboratively with clinicians, practice managers, and senior leadership to deliver high standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit and active, and most importantly, creating meaningful memories with my children.
