A little bit about us in Sleaford… 

Lisa

Practice Manager

I’m Lisa, the Practice Manager at Dental Design Studio Sleaford. I’ve been working in the industry since January 2022 as a Lead Receptionist, then became Practice Coordinator in 2023 and then was promoted to Practice Manager. I am so proud to be a part of such a fantastic, hard-working team and I am passionate about consistently delivering the highest standard of care possible. Managing an 8 surgery practice keeps me very busy, however when I am not working I enjoy cooking, baking and spending time with my loved ones and my cockapoo Frankie.

Clement

Private Dentist

I’m Clement, a Private Dentist at this practice. I qualified in 1988 at the University of Western Cape. I worked in Cape Town as a dentist for 14 and a half years, before coming to the UK in 2002. I then continued my profession as a dentist and came to this practice in 2007. My favourite thing about being a dentist is getting to help as many people as I can, I have a huge passion for general dentistry and enjoy carrying out a range of treatments. When I am not in the surgery, I spend my time playing golf and learning new languages.

Bradley

Private Dentist

My name is Bradley. I qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 2011. After undertaking foundation training in Sheffield, I have practiced privately extensively across Lincolnshire for over 10 years. I am a born and bred ‘Yellowbelly’ from Lincoln South and take pride in providing good patient care to our local area. I have a keen interest in Denture Work (Prosthodontics), Oral Surgery and General Medicine.

Gemma

Dental Hygienist

I joined the RAF in 2003 as a Telecoms Operator before re-trading to Dental Hygienist in 2005. Qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2007 and worked at many different military bases such as Odiham, Sandhurst, Leeming, Topcliffe, Linton on Ouse and Catterick. I Left the RAF in 2010 and continued my career as a civilian Dental Hygienist. I have worked for Bupa in Sleaford since 2017 delivering Oral Health Care, maintaining healthy teeth and gums, and treating gum disease such as Gingivitis and Periodontal disease. I am always on hand to give advice on all aspects on Dental Health.

Kerry

Lead Dental Nurse

My name is Kerry. I am the Lead Nurse and have been since April 2023. I started work at this practice in March 2018 as a receptionist, which I did for a year, before pursuing an opportunity to become a dental nurse which I qualified for in 2020. In 2022 I gained my Level 2 Award in Dental Impression Taking. I enjoy meeting different patients, as well as the ones which have been coming for years and we have built good rapports with. Every day is different in dentistry, with great teamwork and support from my team of nurses we aim to make the experience for our patients the best it can be!

Alice

Dental Nurse

My name is Alice, and I am a qualified dental nurse.

I qualified as a Dental Nurse in August this year and I have worked at the practice for 2 years now.



I really enjoy meeting new people every day, and I also love the fact that each day is different.

Trainee Dental Nurse

Hi, my name is Lily and I started in March 2023 as a trainee dental nurse. I really enjoy my job and can’t wait for what the future brings, I am really excited to progress further and complete further training/qualifications within my job role to gain more experience and better my knowledge.

Shannon

Trainee Dental Nurse

Hi, my name is Shannon. I started training to be a dental nurse in September 2022, and I am currently working hard to gain my qualification in early 2024. When I started, I didn’t realise how much I was going to enjoy it; the friends I’ve made, the people I’ve met and the experience that I have gained. I can’t wait to see what exciting journey this job role will take me onto, ready to face new challenges and experiences.

Lead Receptionist

My name is Jessica, and I am the Lead Receptionist. I joined October 2022 as a Receptionist and worked my way up, and recently got promoted. I really enjoy my role leading the team, being there to support everyone and making sure the patients have the smoothest journey as possible. I have made some great friends whilst working here. I am looking forward to what the future holds for me.

Fenella

Receptionist

My name is Fenella I have recently joined the practice as a receptionist here at Sleaford. I have loved getting to know the team and learning about my job role.

Out of office I enjoy living in the countryside, I take my rescue dog for walks and spend time with friends and looking after horses.

Jasmin

Receptionist

My name is Jasmin and I joined the Sleaford practice in October of 2023 as a receptionist.

I instantly felt part of the team when I joined, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I love learning new things from everyone around me and working new people as part of the role. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and going for long walks.
